Volunteer Event Submission Form

This form is for volunteers to submit the details of events they will be hosting.

Your event must meet several standards to be listed on the website. It will also have to be approved by the Program Department.

Events meeting the following criteria will be posted to the Events Calendar and should be submitted using this form.

⚬ Volunteer-led events must be open to girls council-wide and based on at least one of the GSLE pillars, which include Life Skills, STEAM, Entrepreneurship, and Outdoors.

⚬ Girl-led events must be open to the entire council and girl leadership needs to be included in the event description.

⚬ Please allow for 10 business days for activity to be loaded onto the Events Calendar once it has been approved. Make sure that all fliers/registration/submission forms are with the initial submission and are completed fully.

⚬ Please allow for two business days for any changes to be made on an active event.
