Event Guidelines
Events must meet the following criteria to be posted to the Events List/Calendar:
- The event submission form must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to event date to allow time for approval (3 business days), time for event to be built on GSK calendar (5-10 business days) and allow enough time for members to register (4-5 weeks). Events submissions received later than six (6) weeks prior to the event will be rejected.
- Volunteer-led events must be open to girls council-wide and based on at least one of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience pillars.
- Girl-led events must be open to the entire council and girl leadership needs to be included in the event description.
- Event description must include how to register (JotForm, email address of host, phone number of host, etc.) and pay (Venmo, in-person, etc.), if applicable. GSK cannot take registration or payment.
- Event description must inlcude a flyer or website link. GSK cannot create flyers or websites for volunteer or girl-led events.

Event Changes
Should you need to alter an event listing, please submit the change request via email to Janis Kidd, Director of Data Analytics, jkidd@gskentuckiana.org. Please allow five (5) business days for changes to show on the Event List/Calendar.
