Thank you for submitting your Kentuckiana Credits that you would like to swap for reimbursement for completed membership, event registration, day camps, GSUSA shop, or property reservation payments. The council may only deposit monies into Girl Scout accounts. No monies may be deposited to personal accounts.

Online Transaction Reimbursement
1. Complete online transaction (membership, gsEvent, GSUSA shop, or property reservation) with a credit or debit card.*
2. Fill out and submit this JotForm.
3. Council will deposit the credits amount into the account. Please allow three weeks for processing.
4. Form must be submitted by the expiration date of the Kentuckiana Credits.
