    This form is used to process payments for Troop or Individual Renewal for up to 20 girls & 10 adults. You may request financial assistance or use Kentuckiana Credits as part of this transaction or use this as a receipt for Kentuckiana Credit Swaps. Please allow 5 business days for renewals to be completed in Salesforce. Contact Customer Care with questions at 888-771-5170 or customercare@gskentuckiana.org. Memberships renewed on this form expire on 9/30/2026.

  • How to Renew:

    Please select the number of girls or adults that you want to renew on this submission. Then fill out the tables that show after your selection. List each Girl and Adult that you want to renew.

    The form calculates the amount to charge at $45 per girl / $30 per adult and prompts you to pay via PayPal when you click submit. PayPal will open in a new window. You may pay with a credit card, a PayPal account is not required. 

    If they need financial assistance or want to use Kentuckiana Credits, please list the amount desired in the applicable column for each person. It will subtract these amounts from the total amount due and only ask for PayPal payment for the balance.

     

    Financial Assistance:

    The council remains dedicated to removing barriers and providing access to Girl Scout membership, and all financial assistance provided is made possible by our generous donors. The recipient will be offered three levels of appropriate support: 25% ($11.25), 50% ($22.50) or 100% ($45.00) of assistance toward the fee. With this new 3-tiered plan, the caregiver/member pays what they're able, and council donors help cover the remainder.

    • To request financial assistance, enter the amount needed in the FA Column, number only. Example: 22.50

    Kentuckiana Credits:

    To use Kentuckiana Credits that your troop will earn from cookies before you receive the credits, simply enter the total amount for the troop renewal. Check  Ebudde to find the amount available for your troop. Click on Rewards, View Final Rewards, and scroll to the bottom. We will hold these renewals until the first ACH withdrawal clears your bank account.

    • To use Kentuckiana Credits, enter the Girl's KC Amount for Renewal next to each girl that earned them.
      • Example 1: Sally earned 70 and wants to put it toward renewal, so enter 70 next to her name.
      • Example 2: Susie earned 30 and wants to put 20 toward renewal, so enter 20 next to her name.
    • Submit the Kentuckiana Credit Details:
      1. Upload a file with the details for the credits.
      2. All credits must be attached to this form. The shop will process all credits.

     

    Medicaid (KY Only):

    The council has agreements with Medicaid providers Wellcare & United Healthcare to pay for girl's membership plus a uniform stipend in the state of Kentucky. We do not have any agreements in place in Indiana. To use this benefit:

    1. Enter the membership amount in Financial Assistance.
    2. Select WellCare or United Healtcare in Medicaid (KY Only).

  • For each girl, enter the following:

    • First and Last Name
    • FA Amount - Amount of Financial Assistance Requested - Number Only (Example: 25)
    • KC Amount - Amount of Kentuckiana Credits to Spend - Number Only (Example: 30)
    • Medicaid (KY Only) - Select the appropriate response for girls living in KY. You may skip this for Indiana.
      • WellCare & United Healthcare will pay their membership fee.
      • To use this benefit, enter 45 in the FA Amount and select the provider.
    • Shirt Size - Select shirt size.

    Only enter information for the number of girls listed in Total Girls to Renew - leave remaining rows blank.

  • Kentuckiana Credits

    Please upload detailed information on the Kentuckiana Credits that you wish to use for this payment. This can be a spreadsheet, document, photo, or the email that you received from the council that contains the credit details. At a minimum, you must include the name of the girl or troop that earned the credits, amount earned, Kentuckiana Credit card number, and CVV.
