Please use the form below to submit your area's list of Delegate's and Alternates. You should only list your Area Chair and Area Vice Chair in their designated entries, not in the list of Delegates. The number of Area Delegates below should be equal to Delegates Total listed above. Your alternates can be up to the Delegates Total plus 2.
If an Area Chair or Vice Chair is already voting as a Board Member, Board Development Committee Member, or National Delegate, do not add a delegate for them. You will replace them with an alternate at the Annual Meeting when you sign in.
If a member of your Area Association is a Board Member, Girl Board Member, Board Development Committee Member, or National Delegate, they are already voting at the Annual Meeting and you should not elect them as a delegate. An exception would be those with an expiring term in the spring who wish to continue to serve as a voting member until December 31st.
If someone cannot attend Annual Meeting, you will replace them with an alternate at the Annual Meeting when you sign in.
Use the "+ Add Delegate" and "+ Add Alternate" buttons to add additional lines as needed for your submission. Please include delegate emails and phone numbers in addition to their name, if known.
