Annual Meeting 2026 Reservations Bear Creek Aquatic Camp
Please use the form below to reserve beds at Bear Creek Aquatic Camp. Reservations will be made on a first-come first-serve basis. Please adhere to all Girl Scouts rules and guidelines when making your reservation. Please note that you may have to share space with another troop as we need to make sure space is available to all who want to stay.

Booking will be open through March 15, 2026.

Reservations are for Friday NIGHT (4/17/2026) ONLY. If you wish to book additional dates, you will need to do so through the regular reservation portal found HERE.

Please be aware of the facilities available for your cabin/tent as you are making your reservation, noted in the reservation description. General camp information can also be found HERE.

All registrations are first come/first served basis and spots will be assigned by the Annual Meeting Committee.

Heated Facilities
Honeybee Lodge: Sleeps 36 in bunk beds. The kitchen will not be available during the Friday night activities.
Penguin Palace: Sleeps 17. It is heated, has a small kitchen and a bath.
Unheated Facilities with A/C Units
Coke Top Cabins: Sleeps 32 in bunk beds. Toilet facilities and water are available. There is a shower house below the main lodge for use.
Lions Den Cabins: Sleeps 24 with 4 bunk beds and 16 single beds. Toilet facilities are available. There is a shower house below the main lodge for use.
